The situation in the LPR People’s Militia responsibility zone tends to escalate.
In the last 24 hours the enemy committed sevenoccasion of the ceasefire violations.
Our positions in the area of Krasny Yar, Vesyologorovka, Frunse, and Kalinovo localities underwent fire. During the shelling, the Ukrainian Armed Forces applied 82-mm mortars, IFV-2 cannons, anti-tank rocket-propelled grenade launchers, automatic grenade launchers and small arms. In total, 98rounds and grenades were engaged on the republic’s territory.

In the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the level of the moral and psychological state continues declining. This was confirmed by regular facts of violation of military discipline and desertion in the ranks of Ukrainian divisions in the zone of the so-called 'ATO'.
Thus, according to our reconnaissance, the commander of the 53 separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Colonel Vodolazsky, has gone to his units to conduct a check-up due to the increased use of alcohol by the servicemen, and also the unauthorized abandonment of duty stations.

Kiev is trying in every possible way to erase the memory of Ukrainians about the heroism of a Soviet soldier in the Great Patriotic War. So, in Belovodsk, a rally "Down with the St. George's Ribbon!" was held, at school children were forced to make red poppies. The idea to use the red poppy as a symbol of memory belongs to Moina Michael, a teacher at the University of Georgia, USA, and for the first time the symbol was used by the American Legion as a token of the memory of American soldiers who died during the First World War.
I would like to remind Ukraine that the Ukrainian soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War gave their lives not for the United States, but for the peoples of the USSR and their native land.

The LPR People's Militia does not impair vigilance and gives priority to the security issues of the Republic.
The units of the People's Militia continue switching the military equipment for the summer period of operation. All equipment is serviced according to the regulations and in a timely manner in order to be in constant readiness for the use and performance of combat missions. Preparations are also continuing for the Victory Day parade on May 9.
We strictly observe the Minsk agreements, but in case of their failure by the Ukrainian side, we are ready to act decisively.
