For the last 24 hours one occasion of ceasefire violation on the enemy’s side was recorded. Our positions in the locality of Frunze underwent shelling. During the shelling the enemy applied mortars, grenade launchers and small arms. Over 20 mortar shells and grenades were launched onto the territory.

As you know, yesterday the Ukrainian side didn’t fulfill the conditions of the Framework Agreement on means and facilities disengagement, adopted by the Contact group on Donbass conflict regulation.

We are still ready to fulfill the conditions of means and facilities disengagement in the zone №1, in Stanitsa Luganskayalocality’s area, and we hope that the Ukrainian side will fulfill its assumes on the forces withdrawal.

The Ukrainian command continues to build up forces and facilities along the contact line. So, there was detected the arrival to the Artyomovsk-2railway station of another batch of the AFU weaponry, among which there are 152-mm SP gun 2C3 Akacia, armoured vehicles and 30 tanks.

We have also identified engineering and construction works for the additional equipping and construction of military facilities and helicopter landing sites for army aviation in the responsibility zone of 25 brigade in the vicinity of Toretsk settlement.

The OSCE Monitoring Mission’s representatives continue recording Minsk Agreements violations on the Ukrainian part. The Mission representatives visited permanent AFU weaponry storages and underlined that 105 tanks, 7 towed howitzers D-44 of 85 mm caliber, 17 mortars of 82 mm caliber and 4120 mm caliber mortars are absent.

In its turn, the LPR People's Militia units continuously carry out their combat duty, conduct combat trainings to maintain high combat readiness. The reservists’ assemblies are also continuing with the reservists of artillery specialties and preparation for the Victory Day Parade on May 9.

We do not react to the Ukrainian provocations and strictly adhere to the ceasefire regime, established on April 1.
